How do you ensure vinyl records are safe during shipping?

We use heavy-duty, reinforced corrugated mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is removed from its outer sleeve (unless sealed) to prevent seam splits and wrapped in bubble wrap for maximum protection.

What is your return policy for opened records?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are defective or not as described. Please note that we cannot accept returns on new, sealed records that have been opened unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

How do you grade the condition of your used vinyl?

We follow the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System. Every used record is visually inspected under bright light and, in many cases, play-tested to ensure the grading (M, NM, VG+, VG, G) is accurate.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL and USPS International. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Can I sell or trade my record collection to Antone's?

Absolutely. We are always looking for high-quality used collections. You can bring your records to our physical storefront for an appraisal, or contact us via email for larger collections that may require a house call.
