At Antone's Record Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vinyl and gear. If your purchase is defective or not as described, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition; new vinyl must be sealed, and used records must be in the same condition as purchased.

  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the records in a sturdy, dedicated media mailer with sufficient padding to prevent any corner dings or warping during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at any authorized shipping location, keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
